The San Telmo Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef to join our team at Asado, within the Asado BOH department. This casual position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in culinary excellence and a desire to contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment. As a Commis Chef at Asado, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of the senior chefs




- Executing basic cooking tasks such as preparing ingredients and operating kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Contributing creative ideas for menu development and presentation
- Safeguarding the quality and consistency of dishes through attention to detail
- Adhering to food preparation processes and procedures in line with company standards
- Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
