We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson / Tyre Technician to join our team. This is a hands‑on role that combines customer service, sales and workshop duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

You'll play a key role in helping customers choose the right tyres and automotive services while ensuring every vehicle leaves our workshop safe and roadworthy.

About the Role

As a Salesperson / Tyre Technician, you will:

Utilise JAX vehicle inspection reports to guide and advise customers on tyre maintenance, servicing and repair requirements.

Provide outstanding customer service by recommending the most suitable tyres, wheels and automotive services.

Conduct product, price and feature comparisons to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Stay up to date with current products, services and promotional offers.

Manage incoming and outgoing customer phone enquiries.

Resolve customer enquiries and sales‑related issues professionally and efficiently.

Complete vehicle inspection reports, including tyre wear assessments and service recommendations.

Tyre Fitting (Strip, fit and balance, repair punctures)





Wheel alignments when required

Inspect vehicles and record any pre‑existing damage before commencing work.

Safely operate workshop hoists and conduct vehicle road tests when required.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop while working collaboratively with the team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

Robust sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and recommend suitable products.

Experience fitting, balancing and repairing tyres (preferred).

Tyre Fitting and Wheel Alignment Experience

Experience with Marlin System (Preferred)

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

A current driver's licence.
