Experienced Supervisor/Labourers and Operators - Civil

Rangedale Civil is a leading provider of drainage maintenance services, specialising in sewer and stormwater systems. Based in Altona North, we are proud to be delivering vital infrastructure maintenance across the region. We have ongoing works with Greater Western Water and are looking to expand our team, we are seeking Labourers, Operators and a Supervisor with experience to join our growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operator, Labourer or Supervisor looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Experience and knowledge incivil construction industrywith and understanding of SEWER, WATER and DRAINAGE is desirable.Current HC Truck licence, Excavator ticketwith experience operating is an advantage.

About the role

We have various roles on offer including:

- Labourers
- Operators
- Repair damaged sewer and storm water pipes
- Read site plans and communicate with supervisors/managers
- Conduct confined space entry and live sewer work
- Lead a crew to ensure project deliverables are met




- Provide adequate supervision of staff resources, ensuring that established quality standards are achieved within set budgets, timeframes and in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Respond to planned and reactive maintenance requests
- Monitor work to ensure it is completed to an acceptable standard
- Day to day management of the team, equipment and associated work tasks
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements
- Assist in the training of current team members

About you

We are looking for someone who has the same passion we do for the water industry. As the successful candidate, you will have:

- Experience in the water industry
- White/Red Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook

Note:those applying to be a Labourer or Operator must already have relevant tickets & minimum 2 years experience.
