About the role

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to lead successful delivery of the project, develop high-performing teams and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

This is Melbourne CBD based position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects by coordinating resources, directing project teams and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing advice, consultation and technical support while managing client expectations.
- Lead, coach and develop teams through effective performance management, succession planning, training and knowledge sharing to achieve business and project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements by promoting safe work practices, managing risk and monitoring performance across the project.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through strategic planning, effective communication, client engagement and continuous collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience and Capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- 10 + years experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams, with the ability to build robust client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven people leadership skills,



including coaching and creating high performing teams.
