Location: Near Parramatta, NSW

Work Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary:$75,000 - $80,000 + Super (Onsite Parking)

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group IT Manager, you will serve as a central point of contact for technical support across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide 1st/2nd level support for onsite and remote staff via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and troubleshoot critical production systems, including ERP software, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, scanners, and label printers.




- Support industrial equipment software and collaborate with 3rd-party vendors to resolve complex hardware/software issues.
- Conduct regular physical checks of hardware/software and manage equipment registers.
- Support network administration, user satisfaction, and SLAs while actively contributing to IT continuous improvement.

About You

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support role.
- Strong technical understanding of Windows/Linux, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/M365), and mobile platforms.
- Solid background in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Proven experience supporting industrial equipment software.
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
