We’re now seeking an experienced and passionate First Aid Trainer and Assessor reporting to the Senior Faculty Manager - Education this role is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver a course that directly contributes to the growth and quality of the early childhood education workforce.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering engaging and interactive classes according to training plans using pre-prepared materials.

Marking student assessments in a timely manner, provide constructive feedback to further learning.





Conducting practical skills sessions.

Maintaining accurate student records and updating the student management system accordingly.

Participating in validation activities.

Conduct workplace assessments visits and support with placement processes.

About you

Hold a CPR and First Aid Certificate.

Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent or higher)

Experience first aid training for a minimum of one year

Maintain industry currency

Qualified to train:

- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Undertake annual professional development in the fields of learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.

Be self-motivated, punctual, reliable and well-presented.
