Knotted is looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and takes pride in producing exceptional pastries with consistency and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in a professional pastry kitchen, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Position:

Pastry Chef (Minimum 3 Years' Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts to company standards.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products.




- Lead and support the pastry team to ensure effective daily operations.
- Assist with production planning and kitchen organisation.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards are followed.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal products and continuous menu improvement.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced, high-standard professional kitchen.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain pastry quality, consistency, and efficient kitchen operations.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional work ethic.
- Full Australian working rights.
