Prouds The Jewellers Shepparton is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs. You will coach Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service and manage stock and merchandising in a busy jewellery retail setting.

You will lead by example, motivate a high-performing team, and contribute to a 120+ year legacy of quality jewellery and exceptional customer experiences in Shepparton.
