YWCA Australia is seeking an experienced Case Manager to empower young people in crisis in Darwin. You will provide holistic, trauma-informed support, develop and coordinate support plans, conduct assessments, and advocate across systems to secure housing and services.

You will work with Youth Workers to help young people build resilience, life skills, and independence in a caring, values-led team setting.
