We are seeking skilled and reliable Boilermaker to join our steel fabrication team.

Responsibilities include cutting, welding, assembling, and installing structural steel components according to shop drawings and specifications. Employees will operate fabrication equipment, measure and inspect materials for quality, and ensure all work meets safety and industry standards. The role requires collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules while maintaining a safe, organised work setting. .

Boilermaker – Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair steel structures

- Perform welding, cutting, fitting, grinding, and layout work according to drawings and specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans

- Operate hand and power tools, welding machines, and fabrication equipment

- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards

- Assist with material handling and staging of fabricated steel

- Follow WHS, company, and site-specific safety procedures

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition

- Work in shop and field environments, including confined spaces and at heights
