Essential Requirements
- Qualified painter with 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Proven airless spray painting experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing painting projects from start to finish
- Ability to lead and supervise a team on-site
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive communication skills
- Current Australian Driver's License (preferred)
- White Card and own tools are advantageous
