Lead ADAS & Vehicle Diagnostics Technician

ADAS Mobile Solutions is a specialist provider of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), vehicle diagnostics, programming and calibration services. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Lead ADAS & Vehicle Diagnostics Technician to join our team in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs.

This is more than a technician role. We're looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about automotive technology, enjoys solving complex vehicle electronic faults and wants to help grow the business.

About the Role

As our Lead Technician, you will:

- Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose complex electrical and electronic vehicle faults.
- Program and code vehicle control modules using OEM and specialist diagnostic platforms.
- Complete pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans.
- Provide technical support to mechanical workshops, dealerships and collision repair centres.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted ADAS specialist.
- Proactively visit panel shops and mechanical workshops to develop current business opportunities and grow our customer base.
- Mentor and support other technicians as the business continues to expand.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:





- A trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic or Automotive Electrician.
- A strong background in automotive electrical systems, advanced diagnostics and vehicle electronics.
- Experience with ADAS calibration, vehicle programming and OEM diagnostic equipment.
- Outstanding fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help grow the business.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
