This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced projects team working closely with customers and suppliers to prepare commercial tender documentation.

You’ll be the backbone of project tendering — helping to keep quotations moving, data maintained and communication flowing smoothly across internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations.

Maintain quotation registers, databases, source lists and project records

Communicate requirements and updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Archive project files and follow up on outstanding documentation.

Support timely, accurate and compliant project submissions.

Assist with project-related enquiries and deliver responsive support to the wider network

Contribute to a positive customer experience and successful project outcomes Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills.





Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail

Confidence using technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, web‑based tools).

Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy project team.

Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused approach A willingness to learn and develop your career with Rexel
