About You You are an experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience, bringing a strong track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations. Your Experience & Expertise:

- Demonstrated experience advising on a broad range of employment matters
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment and workplace relations legislation, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, modern awards, enterprise agreements and anti-discrimination laws
- Proven ability to support and lead complex enterprise-wide projects involving employment, safety, governance and organisational change considerations
- Ability to independently manage a varied legal workload, prioritise competing demands and provide commercially focused advice with minimal supervision
- Experience drafting and reviewing employment-related documentation, including policies, procedures, employment agreements, investigation reports and executive correspondence
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders, People & Culture teams, operational stakeholders and executive management
- Ability to identify legal and operational risks and provide pragmatic solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining legal compliance
- Experience operating as a trusted legal advisor within an in-house legal team, supporting strategic decision-making across employment and safety matters
