About the Role

First National Chester Hill is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Sales Agent to join our established and successful sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an agent with proven real estate sales experience who is looking to grow their career within a well-respected local agency. We are looking for someone who can confidently generate listings, negotiate sales, and provide exceptional service to vendors and buyers from appraisal through to settlement.

This is a long-term career opportunity with excellent earning potential, ongoing support, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Sales Manager and successful team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
- Conduct property appraisals and secure new residential listings.
- Manage the sales process from listing through to settlement.
- Prepare and present market appraisals and pricing recommendations.
- Conduct buyer inspections and open homes.
- Negotiate offers and achieve outstanding results for vendors.
- Prepare agency agreements, sales documentation and liaise with solicitors and conveyancers.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for listed properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and referral clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends, legislation and industry best practices.
- Work closely with our Sales Manager and established sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is passionate about real estate and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven ability to list and sell residential property.




- Experience conducting property appraisals and listing presentations.
- Strong understanding of contracts, sales processes and property marketing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business development and lead generation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or higher).
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong computer skills and experience using real estate CRM systems.
- Living within reasonable proximity to Chester Hill is preferred.

Highly Regarded

- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Vietnamese would be a significant advantage due to our local client base.
