About the role

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you'll assist the Principal across all aspects of the residential sales process while building the skills to become a successful sales qualified.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- prospecting, lead generation and buyer enquiry management
- conducting open homes and private inspections
- assisting with appraisals and listing presentations
- vendor communication and feedback
- coordinating marketing campaigns
- negotiating offers under supervision
- database management and general administration.

What we're looking for

- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence essential





- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Previous real estate sales experience highly preferred

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Professional presentation and willingness to learn.
