MIRA Clinic is a leading cosmetic and skin clinic with locations in West Perth and Joondalup. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care, outstanding results and a premium experience from the moment our patients walk through the door.

We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our growing team, part-time for 3 days a week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love providing exceptional customer service and have a passion for the aesthetics industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: This position is predominantly based in West Perth but requires flexibility to work across both our West Perth and Joondalup clinics as rostered. Rosters will include some Saturdays and addition days for cover of team members on leave.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Managing appointment bookings and diary scheduling.
- Answering phone calls, emails and online enquiries.
- Processing payments and balancing daily takings.
- Assisting with patient recalls and appointment confirmations.
- Supporting doctors and nurses with daily clinic operations.
- Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.




- Presenting the reception area to the highest standard.
- Assisting with administrative duties and stock management as required.

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
- Adaptable and willing to work across both our West Perth and Joondalup clinics as rostered.

Experience The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Experience using Zenoti or similar practice management software is highly regarded.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
