Reception / Patient Coordinator – Mascot & Eastgardens

Delight Dental Spa is a privately owned practice delivering comprehensive cosmetic, orthodontic and implant dentistry. Our patients choose us for clarity, confidence and long-term outcomes. This is not a standard reception role. It is a performance-based patient coordination position with clear expectations, accountability, and genuine opportunity for growth.

This role suits someone who enjoys high standards, measurable growth, and becoming an important part of a rapidly expanding practice.

The Role

You will initially train within our established Mascot practice before being based primarily at our Eastgardens/Pagewood location as the practice continues to grow.

You may also be required to work across both locations as rostered.

You will

· Confidently manage phone, email and in-person enquiries

· Guide patients from first enquiry through to treatment commencement

· Clearly present fees and high-value treatment plans

· Proactively progress patients into next stages of care

· Follow up incomplete treatment plans with structured re-engagement

· Handle concerns professionally and confidently while upholding clinic systems

· Maintain accurate documentation and ownership of outcomes

You are responsible for patient progression, not just bookings.

Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into senior coordination responsibilities as the practice expands.
