The Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming and Engaging Patients

Create an inviting environment, ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they step in.

Keep the energy upbeat and the waiting room buzzing with positivity.

Proactive Client Support:

Take initiative to anticipate patient needs and address them promptly. Spot opportunities to improve our service and implement solutions.

You are the face of the business. First impressions count and you take every opportunity to personalise our service.

Administrative Excellence:





Efficiently and effectively manage reception tasks like scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining records—all with an eye for detail and efficiency.

Take pride in our workplace appearance by performing light cleaning duties such as washing towels, vacuuming, tidying and dusting.
