About the role

Our BDMs bring the families in - you take it from there. As our Placement Consultant, you'll own the full delivery cycle: from the moment a family joins Gracie to the day their perfect nanny starts (and beyond, if a replacement is ever needed).

This is a true 180 recruitment role. Your job is service, communication, and delivery - managing families like the valued clients they are while running end-to-end recruitment to fill their roles. Because you'll have access to an uncapped bonus structure, your earnings will directly reflect your performance and the results you achieve.

What you'll do

- Take handover of new families from our BDM team and become their trusted, primary point of contact
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each family's household, routines, values, and childcare needs
- Run end-to-end recruitment:



sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and shortlisting nannies with the support of our recruitment team.
- Match candidates to families with careful consideration of experience, personality, availability, and family culture
- Present shortlists with explicit recommendations and professional candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews, trial shifts, feedback, and offers through to successful placement
- Keep families genuinely informed at every stage - including proactive updates when there's nothing new to report yet
- Monitor active placements, address concerns before they escalate, and manage replacements end-to-end when needed

About you
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - you know how to keep a client feeling looked after, even in quiet weeks
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple families and roles at different stages simultaneously
- Self-motivated and hungry - your bonus is uncapped, and you want it that way
- Experience in recruitment, account management, customer success, or high-touch client service (agency recruitment experience highly regarded)
- A proactive,



solutions-focused approach and the discretion to handle sensitive situations - you're placing people into family homes
- Full Australian working rights (working holiday visas accepted)
