Due to continued growth, we're looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Permanent Travel Division in Sydney.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding hiring solutions across the travel sector.

Your responsibilities will include

- Developing new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with longstanding clients.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates into permanent positions.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement.
- Providing expert market advice to both clients and candidates.
- Achieving individual and team recruitment targets.

- Experienced in the travel industry or recruitment.
