This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a thriving temporary Allied Health desk recruiting professionals across Australia, with the chance to develop a hybrid desk by incorporating permanent recruitment as you grow.

What you'll be doing

- Recruiting temporary Allied Health professionals across Australia.
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement.
- Developing a hybrid desk with permanent recruitment opportunities if that's where your interests lie.

- $80,000 - $90,000 base + Super (depending on experience).
- Uncapped commission with genuine earning potential.
