Must-Have Qualifications

- Proven Billing Performance: 3 years of agency recruitment or business development experience, with a documented history of consistently exceeding targets and hitting high-value billings.

- Commercially Curious: You stay ahead of industry shifts, tech advancements, and macro-economic announcements to spot hiring needs before your competitors do.

- Stakeholder Gravitas: Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the natural confidence to influence senior enterprise stakeholders.

Compensation The target hiring compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Additionally, the role offers an $8,000 Learning Fund and Unlimited PTO.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
