About the Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant - New Business who can leverage their hands-on industry experience to manage key client relationships, deliver excellent service, and grow accounts. Prior recruitment experience is not required - we have the internal infrastructure to execute the technical part of recruitment end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the blue-collar sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact,
ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and improvements in staffing solutions.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, compliance and deployment.
- Attend site visits and maintain a solid connection with client operations.
What You'll Need:
- Recruitment experience is a mandatory requirement.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Experience working in the blue-collar industry (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn our service delivery model.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing, medical checks, and a criminal history check.
