- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Meet recruitment and business development targets.

What We're Looking For

- 3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, hospitality, aged care, and trades is highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow through great people.
