ELR Executive is a boutique Executive Search firm specialising in senior leadership appointments across FMCG, Food & Beverage Manufacturing and Fresh Produce.

Working with privately owned businesses, founder-led organisations and ASX-listed companies throughout Australia and APAC, we partner with our clients to identify and appoint exceptional leadership talent.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work closely with the Director in supporting retained executive search assignments.

About the role

This is a permanent part-time, work-from-home position offering flexibility, variety and the opportunity to work on senior leadership assignments across Australia and APAC.

Working closely with the Director, you will be involved in all aspects of executive search, including research, market mapping, candidate engagement and supporting the successful delivery of retained search assignments.

This is not a high-volume recruitment role. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys taking the time to understand businesses, identify outstanding talent, build genuine relationships and deliver a high standard of work.

Key responsibilities

- Research industries, companies and leadership markets.

- Conduct market mapping and identify prospective candidates.

- Engage with senior executives regarding career opportunities.

- Conduct candidate screening interviews.

- Prepare candidate summaries, reports and search documentation.

- Assist in managing retained executive search assignments from commencement through to appointment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the search process.

- Identify opportunities to proactively introduce exceptional candidates to prospective clients where there is a strong strategic fit.

- Support business development activities through market intelligence,



candidate insights and the identification of new opportunities.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of candidate networks and talent pipelines across ELR Executive's specialist sectors.

About you

You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys working in a professional, relationship-driven environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Previous recruitment or executive search experience.

- Strong research and candidate sourcing capability.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A professional and commercial approach.

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

Whilst recruitment experience is important, mindset is equally important. You enjoy building relationships, communicate confidently in a business environment and genuinely care about delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
