We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Fire division. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation of staff to client sites across the state.
Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and medicals
- Collecting, scanning, and uploading qualifications and licences to the HR database
- Developing talent mapping and talent pool strategies for future recruitment needs
- Inducting new employees
- Processing and ordering uniform and PPE requests
- Assisting with booking external induction and training requirements
- Supporting the planning and leadership team with ad hoc tasks
- Coordinating mobilisation logistics as required, including flights, accommodation, and site entry requests
About You The successful applicant will bring a number of the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the mining industry
- A friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to FMG, BHP & MRL (desirable)
