We combine recruitment, workforce management, compliance and technology to create a smarter experience for workers, clients and providers.
This is not a traditional recruitment role.
You will help grow our workforce, improve recruitment processes and contribute ideas that shape how our platform connects people across the disability and aged care sectors.
What you will do
- Recruit, interview and onboard support workers, nurses and allied health professionals
- Manage compliance and credentialing requirements
- Match workers with suitable opportunities
- Grow our agency workforce across Australia
- Build strong relationships with candidates and industry partners
- Improve recruitment, workforce and compliance processes
- Work with our technology team to develop smarter systems and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and the customer experience
About you

Recruitment experience is highly regarded, particularly across healthcare, disability, aged care, community services, labour hire or agency recruitment. We are also open to strong candidates with experience in workforce management, business development, sales or relationship management.
