M&T; Resources are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Operations & Contractor Care Coordinator to join our national team. You will join a dynamic and fun team who are focussed on success and celebrating it!

Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with our Regional Managers, you will play a vital role in M&T; maintaining our best-in-class reputation and meeting our growth targets.

Leveraging your strengths in delivering timely and high-quality administrative support to contractors and clients within a recruitment agency environment, you will excel in this role through:

- the timely processing of contract administration, contractor onboarding, and the provision of ongoing support.
- working closely with our shared services team to coordinate timely and accurate contractor payroll.
- attending to any issues with contractor / clients as a matter of priority.
- collating sales and client reporting.
- event management and coordination of team,



contractor and client events.
- ensuring policies and procedures are followed correctly.

To be successful you will demonstrate: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a recruitment agency environment.
- A friendly and happy disposition with an analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and thrive on being very organised.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Genuinely enjoy helping others, with excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to service.
- Experience using a recruitment CRM.
- Advanced MS WORD & EXCEL skills.
- A proactive mindset with proven experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements relating to the contractor experience will be advantageous.
