NORTHSIX is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established trade services business based in Keysborough. The role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full time position covers bookkeeping, accounts and payroll. It's an onsite role, based in Keysborough, five days a week (no work from home).

- Record daily financial transactions for the business
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, allocations and collections
- Manage accounts payable, including reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices and processing payments
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets
- Support BAS preparation alongside the Finance Manager
- Process full payroll,



including wages, leave, PAYG and superannuation
- Ensure compliance with ATO, STP, Fair Work and payroll tax requirements
- Provide general office administration and support with employee inductions and HR processes (HR outsourced)

About you

- 5+ years' experience in a bookkeeping and payroll role
- Strong knowledge of Xero or MYOB, Xero preferred
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or equivalent will be highly regarded
- Confident with payroll calculations, including overtime and travel allowances
- Experience processing payroll across multiple awards
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, and receivables
