Geniux Cleantech Group is one of Australia's fastest-growing renewable energy companies, with more than 70 team members across branches in Perth, Geelong, Mildura and Geraldton. We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate HR Officer to start their career with a company that's genuinely scaling quick. You would be working in our Geelong office in Grovedale.

You'll work directly alongside our Group Manager, Corporate Services to support the operations HR requirements. You will have hands-on exposure across the full HR lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to compliance, payroll, record management, and career path planning. This is a real learning role with mentorship, variety, and room to grow as the business does.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment - posting ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new starters across multiple branches
- Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and documentation
- Help coordinate trade licences, certificates, and training records (especially for our electrical and technical workforce)
- Assist with timesheet checks, leave records, and payroll support
- Draft HR correspondence, and internal communications
- Support compliance processes and ensure documentation is audit-ready




- Learn and use Zoho People and Employment Hero for HR administration
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as the team grows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Recently completed or near-completion of a degree in Human Resources or a senior administrator with extensive HR experience
- Genuine interest in people, culture, and building great workplaces
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with AI and technology; picks up new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to get involved across a busy team
- Must hold full Australian work rights
