Asphaltech is a proudly Australian-owned business and a recognized leader in asphalt production and surfacing. With a strong presence in Victoria and a reputation for delivering innovation, quality and safety across infrastructure projects, we are now looking to expand our operational team.

We seek to hear from a suitably experienced Asphalt Crew Member for Asphaltech (VIC) construction team. You will be involved in all aspects of asphalt / laying, road maintenance. Reporting to the Asphalt Foreman, you will be responsible for performing all required works safely and efficiently to achieve the best outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- You must have experience and be willing to work as part ofa team.
- You will need to Construction Card and a Valid driver’s licence (HR licence will be an advantage)
- You will be expected to be able to multi-task and to work on various equipment on site
- Working under the direction of the Foreman,



you will participate in
- Pre-Start Checks
- Regular toolbox meetings;

ABOUT YOU

- You will have demonstrated experience for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the Asphalt Industry;
- Knowledge of asphalt construction operations including but not limited to, paving in accordance with Vic Roads (Department of Transport) specifications;
- You will have the ability to communicate and operate in a cooperative working environment.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude;
