Randstad Australia is seeking an ambitious Contract Administrator to manage subcontracts for mixed commercial, residential or fit-out projects up to AUD 30 million. You will negotiate, review and administer subcontracts, RFIs and procurement packages, with a view to advancing toward Project Management.

You should bring a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, 3+ years' experience, and a proactive, detail‑driven approach.
