REDARC is seeking a Customer Support Technician to deliver technical support to customers across our range of products. This in office role in Mulgrave, VIC will involve advanced troubleshooting, product guidance, and solving complex issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will manage cases, document thoroughly, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement while mentoring Tier 1 staff as needed. A strong electronics or automotive electrical background is preferred.
