Our venue has undergone a full refurbishment and now offers the ultimate entertainment experience, combining five cutting‑edge golf simulators, a full bar and kitchen, and a high‑end audio‑visual setup for music and sports—all under one roof. X- Golf Surrey Hills is set to become a premier spot for year‑round indoor entertainment for all ages.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Venue Manager to build, inspire, and lead a team, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and driving the venues success.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll manage daily operations, lead the team, and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the face of X-Golf Surrey Hills, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Foster a positive team culture with robust,



supportive leadership
- Work towards performance targets set by the Managing Director
- Recruit, train, and develop staff for operational excellence
- Oversee scheduling, stock management, bookings, and events
- Maintain POS accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards (OLGR, food safety, OH&S;)

About You:

- 2+ years of hospitality management experience
- Flexible availability across seven days
- RSA, Approved Manager certification, and food safety supervisor (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset
- Tech‑savvy with basic computer skills; experience with POS and inventory systems a plus
- Local community connections and golf knowledge are a bonus
