At Geely Ferntree Gully, we're operating in a genuine high-volume environment with strong manufacturer support, excellent vehicle supply and market-leading finance campaigns that are driving exceptional customer demand. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Aftercare Consultant to help maximise every customer opportunity while delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

This isn't a role where you'll be waiting for customers to walk through the door. You'll be working with a consistent flow of vehicle deliveries in a dealership that's performing well above target.

About the Role

Working closely with our Sales and Business Management teams, you'll present and sell our range of genuine aftercare products, ensuring every customer understands the benefits available to protect their investment.

You'll be responsible for:

- Presenting vehicle protection products with confidence and professionalism
- Achieving strong penetration across aftermarket products
- Working collaboratively with our Finance and Sales teams
- Delivering a premium customer experience from delivery through to ownership
- Building value rather than relying on discounting




- Maintaining accurate paperwork and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have experience in:

- Automotive aftermarket or business management
- Finance & Insurance (F&I;)
- Vehicle protection products
- Retail sales where closing and customer service are equally important

More importantly, you'll be:

- A confident communicator
- Organised and self-motivatedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on delivering outcomes for both customers and the business
- Professional in both presentation and attitude
