Blue Lotus Care in Cranbourne, VIC, seeks Disability Support Workers for afternoon/evening (PM) shifts in our growing home care team. We require male staff with the ability to drive a wheelchair-accessible van and provide compassionate community access and personal care.

Applicants should have 6–12 months' experience, a Certificate IV in disability care or equivalent, plus WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening. NDIS registration and vehicle insurance are necessary.
