Range: 75000 to 90000

Your Role as a Physiotherapist will include:

- Diverse caseload working across aged care in residential facilities and in the community with Home Care Package clients
- Comprehensive assessments, care plan development and regular evaluation
- Working with a team to deliver client-centred physiotherapy treatments and interventions
- Functional exercise prescription and progression with access to rehab equipment
- Group exercise classes aimed at healthy ageing
- Implementation of a Health and Wellbeing program to deliver individualised physiotherapy programs for each client
- Liaison with clients, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners and equipment suppliers
- Facilitation of falls prevention workshops, manual handling and lifelong learning opportunities to develop as a therapist
- Report writing and advocating for the needs of your clients to case managers
- Managing a daily case load with autonomy to plan your day

You will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Car and drivers’ licence
- AHPRA registration
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
