AIM Site Hire Pty Ltd – Laverton North VIC

Aim Site Hire Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis basis at our Laverton North branch. As an Operations Consultant, You will fulfill an integral role in the end to end admin and operations requirements within the hiring team focused on our temporary fencing products. You will be handling customer inquiries via email and phone, helping to coordinate deliveries and pickups. generating customers quotes, contracts, invoices and proving general assistance to customers throughout the hiring process, with a key focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

- Managing incoming phone and email hire enquiries
- Handling sales leads
- Communicating with customers regarding quotes, orders and job status
- Data Entry to generate customer quotes, contracts, invoices and file updates
- Managing customer purchase orders
- Providing general administrative support to the operations and sales team
- Processing off hire requests
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery and installation of Temporary fencing

What we're looking for:

- Be able to work Part-Time - Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements
- Experience in the site hire, equipment rental, or construction industry is advantageous
