The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team and help deliver an exceptional beverage experience within one of the Yarra Valley's most exciting hospitality destinations. With a proven background in premium hospitality, you'll bring confidence behind the bar, a genuine passion for great service, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences across our cellar door, restaurant,



and events offering. Whether you're crafting classic cocktails, recommending premium wines, or simply making every guest feel welcome, you'll play a key role in setting the standard for service. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the highest standard, maintaining an organised and well-stocked bar, building genuine connections with guests, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver seamless service every shift.

About you

To thrive in this role, you will have prior experience as a Bartender in a high-quality, high-volume hospitality business, with strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for wine and beverage service. You'll also:
