Jaydo is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced water infrastructure professionals to support a growing pipeline of Capital Delivery projects across Melbourne's North Western Region.

Jaydo is a Victorian civil construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering water, sewerage, drainage and related infrastructure works across Victoria. We are known for our long-term client relationships, practical delivery approach, experienced field crews and self-perform capability.

We are looking to connect with capable and motivated individuals who have a strong background in civil construction and water infrastructure delivery and are interested in joining a business that values safety, quality, teamwork and long-term career development.

About the Role

Working within our Capital Delivery division, you will play a key role in delivering critical water infrastructure projects across Melbourne's North West.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Supervising civil construction crews and subcontractors
- Coordinating daily site activities
- Leading teams to safely deliver project outcomes
- Installing water, sewer and drainage infrastructure
- Reading and interpreting construction plans
- Maintaining strong safety, environmental and quality standards
- Building positive relationships with clients, crews and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For





To be considered, applicants must have:

- Demonstrated experience in water infrastructure construction
- Experience working on water, sewer or drainage projects
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- The ability to work effectively within a high-performing team
- Relevant industry tickets, licences and qualifications applicable to the role
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
