Exterior Cleaning Operations & Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced exterior-cleaning professional to lead our technicians, manage daily operations and help drive sales growth. This role may suit a senior technician, crew leader, supervisor or owner-operator ready to take the next step into management.

This is a hands‑on leadership position combining field support, team management,



scheduling, quoting, sales follow‑up and customer service. The successful candidate must be comfortable working alongside technicians and providing practical support on-site when required.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the weekly schedule and daily job allocation

- Coordinate technicians, vehicles, equipment and job requirements

- Lead, train, support and manage our technicians

- Work alongside technicians on larger or more complex jobs

- Provide practical field support when crews require assistance

- Monitor workmanship, productivity, safety and customer-service standards

- Attend residential and commercial properties to prepare quotes

- Follow up quotes and new sales opportunities

- Help increase sales, recurring work and average job value

- Manage routine customer concerns and service issues

- Coordinate closely with the administration team

- Monitor vehicles, equipment, chemicals and stock

- Track and report on sales, team performance and operational results

- Work toward agreed KPIs and take ownership of improving results

- Help develop stronger systems and processes as the business grows

Hands‑on experience in window cleaning, pressure cleaning or exterior cleaning is strongly preferred. We are also looking for someone with leadership experience, strong organisation, confidence dealing with customers and a current Australian driver’s licence.
