About the Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement and digital transformation? Motorcycle Holdings (MTO), an ASX-listed market leader with over 50 retail outlets nationally, is embarking on an ambitious transformation journey. We are looking for a driven Process and Business Analyst to play a critical role in our Retail& Wholesale Systems Transformation Program.

This isn't just about upgrading software; it's about redesigning how our business operates. You will be the vital link between our operational teams, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure our digital future is delivered on time and on budget.

What You Will Do

As a key member of our Technology team, you will:

- Design the Future: Analyse "As-Is" dealership processes and design efficient "To-Be" models that set the standard across our national network.
- Bridge the Gap: Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
- Lead System Evolution: Support the replacement of legacy Dealer Management Systems (DMS)



and the implementation of new ERP and Front-End platforms.
- Ensure Quality: Develop test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions truly meet business needs.
- Manage Change: Build strong relationships across Retail, Finance, and IT to support business readiness and help our teams adopt new ways of working.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, specifically delivering enterprise software projects (ERP, DMS, or CRM).
- Process Masters: Exceptional skills in business process mapping and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Communication Pro: A natural facilitator who can lead stakeholder workshops and produce clear, high-quality documentation.
- Transformation Veterans: Experience with data migration, fit-gap analysis, and vendor management within a large-scale system rollout.
