The Opportunity

The firm are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Sydney office's finance team. The team acts for a broad range of stakeholders, including major financial institutions, non-bank lenders, corporate borrowers, and government entities. In this role, you will advise on the full lifecycle of finance transactions, including structuring, due diligence, facility and security documentation, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you'll be a key mentor for junior team members and actively lead and participate in business development initiatives.

If you are a finance specialist with 7-10 years PAE derived from a notable national or international law firm, we would like to speak to you. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong technical expertise, a genuine interest in fostering enduring relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and a desire to develop your leadership and practice.
