At Hands Of Alfie, we specialise in custom engagement rings and fine jewellery, creating pieces that tell our clients' unique stories. Every appointment is private, relaxed and highly personalised, making this a very different retail experience from a traditional jewellery store.
Hands Of Alfie is growing, and we're looking for a confident and passionate Sales Consulate to join our team in our beautiful new East Melbourne showroom.
About the Role
As our Showroom Consultant, you'll spend your weekends meeting one-on-one with clients who are beginning one of the most exciting purchases of their lives.
You’ll guide them through our engagement ring collections, explain our custom design process, answer questions and help them confidently create their dream ring. Building genuine relationships and creating an unforgettable client experience is at the heart of everything we do.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves people, appreciates beautiful design and enjoys helping clients make meaningful decisions.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Warm, personable and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
- Confident in leading one-on-one consultations.
- Passionate about jewellery,
design and luxury retail.
- Reliable, organised and qualified.
- A great communicator who makes people feel comfortable and excited.
- Looking to become part of a small business with big growth plans.
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in fine jewellery or luxury retail (highly desirable - but not required)
- Don't worry if you haven't worked in jewellery before, extensive training will be provided!
Hours
This is a casual position, you’ll need to be available:
Every Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Occasional Sundays: 10:00am – 2:00pm
There may be opportunities for additional hours as Hands Of Alfie continues to grow.
