We are pioneering the deployment of the Age-independent Matilda AI Social Robot, an evidence-based multi-award-winning Australian innovation to support people with dementia, those living in social isolation and those with disability. Matilda brings AI-powered companionship, cognitive stimulation, and revolutionary workflow automation to aged care, healthcare, disability (NDIS), and education sectors. We are looking for an empathetic, tech-savvy coordinator to champion user adoption on the ground.
About the Role
We are seeking an interactive Assistive Technology Engagement & Community Coordinator with 3 years of combined B2B and B2C experience in community services or allied health. This role starts as part-time (20-24 hours per week) and features a direct pathway to full-time hours (38 hours per week) for milestone achieving candidates
You will act as the crucial operational bridge, initiating and managing organizational stakeholders and facility managers (B2B) while working directly on the ground to run therapy, education, and social routines for residents, students, and families (B2C).
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach B2B activities to grow awareness as well as lead generation and conversion.
- Program Coordination: Facilitate interactive group activities, cognitive therapy support, and social routines utilizing Matilda's software features directly with end-users.
- Stakeholder Training: Lead corporate training workshops to build facility staff confidence, alongside clear,
patient onboarding sessions for non-technical residents and families.
- HubSpot Activity Logging: Follow up inbound enquiries, document interactions , user feedback, technical feature requests, and consumer care notes directly into HubSpot to align with product development.
- Deployment & Launch Support: Travel locally and interstate to manage physical deployments, software setups, and initial community-building blocks at new client facilities.
- Milestone Progression: Maintain and target daily active robot utilization hours across your initial cluster of sites, achieve Matilda social robot deployment targets to trigger expansion in B2B and B2C deployments leading to full-time hours.
Skills & Experience Required
- Exactly 3 years of experience in community services, NDIS support, aged care lifestyle coordination, or special education tech, with a clear balance of corporate compliance and direct consumer care.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or equivalent customer service tracking systems to log field feedback.
- A patient, tech-empathetic mindset to make non-technical users feel completely at ease with robotics.
- Valid Police clearance certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), a reliable vehicle, and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Complete flexibility for occasional interstate travel for multi-day facility onboarding blocks.
