The Chance

The firm is seeking a highly capable, client-focused Associate Financial Adviser to join their Canberra office. You will be part of a well-resourced, team-oriented environment providing bespoke financial advice to HNW clients, high-earning professionals, and family groups.

You will support a book of the existing clients, and be with work closely with in-house asset management, SMSF, and Insurance Specialists.

The Role

- Understanding clients’ immediate needs,



long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
- Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
- Provide quality and trusted financial advice
- Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation
- Assist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff

About You

- Working towards ASIC-aligned qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an Associate Adviser or similar position
- Excellent Stakeholder Management ability
- Strong, effective spoken and written communication
- Confident presence with HNW, and high-earning professional clients
