About the Role

Jump! Swim School Werribee is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Swim Teachers to join our team. This is a casual opportunity offering flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality swimming lessons, helping students of all ages develop water confidence, safety awareness, and strong swimming skills.

Multiple positions available – immediate start available.
No experience? No problem. If you’re new to the swimming industry, we will support and guide you in gaining your Swim Teacher qualification and developing the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured swim lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
- Ensure all water safety and duty of care standards are upheld
- Communicate effectively with parents, team members, and management
- Contribute to a positive team culture

Skills & Experience

- Swimming Teacher qualification (AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children's check or willingness to obtain




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and teaching life skills
- Reliable, skilled, and punctual
- Availability for afternoon/evening and weekend shifts

Highly regarded:

- Previous experience in swim teaching, coaching, or working with children
- Flexible working hours (15–25 hours per week)

- What is your availability? Please specify days and times you are able to work, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We operate till 9pm on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday we operate from 8am to 4pm.
