As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Leading Hand to help lead our Melbourne warehouse.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll work alongside the warehouse team every day, leading by example while helping ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

You’ll support the National Warehouse & Distribution Manager by helping coordinate daily warehouse activities and maintaining high standards across the operation.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead by example every day.
- Assist with coordinating daily warehouse operations.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
- Receive and check inbound freight.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Operate forklifts safely.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Assist with stock control and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
- Support new team members with training and guidance.
- Identify process improvements.
- Help create a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.




- Actively assist with on time customer focused deliveries by coordinating freight providers and Ibex drivers
