About the role
Exciting opportunity to help schools market themselves to current and prospective parents, communitygroupsand key stakeholders through digital channels.In this role you will:
- Develop evidence-based digital marketing strategies for schools that improve engagement, strengthen school promotion and support enrolment outcomes.
- Design and deliver high-quality professional learning, workshops, presentations and digital resources that build marketing capability across NSW public schools.
- Partner with principals, Directors, Educational Leadership (DELs) and executive stakeholders to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions to complex school marketing challenges.
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of strategic statewide initiatives, including campaign toolkits and capability programs.
- Translate performance data, user insights and research into actionable recommendations that inform strategy, measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to embed digital marketing best practice, foster collaboration and achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes across the department.

Demonstratedexpertisein digital marketing strategy and implementation
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policyand upholding theDepartment’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECGand to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Tertiary qualifications and/ordemonstratedexperience in marketing, digital channel management, and content strategy.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance for paid employment.
- Current and valid Driver Licence and willingness to travel between work sites.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
